RETURN POLICY: There is no restocking charge if the product is defective when received or there has been an error on our part. The item must be in the same new uninstalled condition as it was received and in original packaging. We are not responsible for in accurate application information provided by the manufacturer. We get all application information direct from the manufacturer. Product failures are the responsibility of the manufacturer. We do not warranty our products but the manufacturer does. Contact us within 15 days of invoice to request an RGA number and return the product to us at your expense for a full refund if the product is defective when received or there has been an error on our part - no return freight charges will be allowed. If there is no error on our part but the customer wants to return the item the the following applies.
RETURN POLICY EXCEPTIONS AND GUIDLINES:
No returns are allowed on Electrical items, Tools, special orders, close-outs or items that are not in brand new uninstalled condition in original packaging - No credit will be issued on any item that has a cost of $15.00 or less due to the high cost of processing such returns. All authorized returns must be returned with shipping prepaid. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the customer. All RGAs are good for up to 15 days and if not used will be removed from our system. Salesmen are not permitted to process any product return unless an RGA number is written on the outside of the shipping box or has an enclosed paper with the RGA written on it or the product will not be accepted for return. Please send packages with signature not required.
All Return Items MUST be in brand new condition, which means the item is never installed and kept in the original packaging and cannot be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation. We are not responsible for installation errors. We are not responsible for any labor expenses, towing expenses, or rental car expenses that occur as the result of the installation of any wrong or defective parts.
RETURN FEES AND PROCEDURES:
Any item returned before 30 days of invoice date will be accepted only when authorized and an RGA # has been issued, these returns will carry a 25% restocking charge. The restocking charge has 10% added to the normal fee due to e-bay and pay pal fees that were paid by us at the time of sale. We do not refund any shipping charges paid by the customer.
RETURN PROCEDURE: To return a part(s) please e-mail us with your eBay item #, full name, part number, and e-mail address that you placed your order with, along with a detailed explanation of why you need to return or exchange it. We will e-mail you back with instructions. If you do not have your order number, please indicate when your order was purchased and the full name or e-mail address ordered with. All RGA numbers are e-mailed back with a return shipping address and complete shipping instructions. No returns will be accepted without an RGA number. If the RGA number is not written on the outside of the shipping box, it will be returned to you. All returns must be postage paid; return shipping charges are not refundable. All returns must be packaged properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns that occur as a result of improper packing. We do not send or issue call tags. Return shipping is responsibility of the customer.
We will help you get the part back to the manufacturer for a warranty claim. We do not warranty what we sell the manufacturer's do. We can forward the parts to the manufacturer for you in some cases. The warranty process can take time from days to a few weeks. The manufacturer must inspect the returned item for damage caused by installation, abuse, and other abnormal damage. The manufacture should send you a replacement asap provided the failure is do to manufacturing defects. See below.
WARRANTY DISCLOSURE: Many of our products carry manufacturer's warranties. These warranties state that if the item you purchase fails as a result of a defect in materials or workmanship during the time specified, The manufacturer will replace the item if it falls under they're warranty guidelines. We do not warranty any items we sell but we will work with the manufacturer's to help you get your problem resolved.
DAMAGED GOODS: Inspect your shipment immediately when it arrives. If loss or damage is discovered, notify your freight agent at once. We have no responsibility in this matter as title to the merchandise passes to the customer on delivery to the carrier. However, if we can be of any help in any way, please let us know.
ALLSPORT PERFORMANCE IS NOT LIABLE for damage caused by defects in material and workmanship. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS.
